P.E.T.Y.

PETY which stands for Pre-Employment Training for Youth will work with youth 13-16 providing them with basic pre-employment training years before they actually enter the workforce. Providing basic resume writing, what to do to find, get, and keep a job, discovering work place attire just to name a few. The benefit of exposing youth to pre-employment training is it will give them a better chance to discover their “desired” career pathway early and parents can get them in classes that will hopefully build on those passions.

I have had a passion and interest in the development and growth of youth since the 5th grade.  I have nearly 24 years of experience working with youth of all ages and backgrounds and I desire to offer the youth in the community an “uncommon” opportunity for change, growth, and development.
